Prohibited Content:
You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. Gemcard reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
4. Intellectual Property
The Gemcard application, its design, logos, and features are the exclusive property of Gemifysoft. Your use of the service does not grant you ownership of any part of our technology or brand.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason that we deem necessary to protect our service and other users.
6. Limitation of Liability
Gemcard is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or the loss of data.
